This tag is a fashionable yet important accessory to help ensure your contact information is easily visible should your luggage get lost. Each tag has been carefully stitched all around to ensure quality. There is a silver, nickel-plated metal buckle on the tag that will hold it securely onto your luggage handle or strap. Unfasten the buckle to remove the strap and include your own personal contact information that will easily be visible under the flap and protected by a clear acetate window.

Genuine ostrich skin is a very recognizable and distinct skin due to its pattern of quills, or bumps where the feathers were on the body. The skin requires an intricate and specialized processes for production; therefore, all products made with genuine ostrich skin are considered very luxurious.

 These are genuine ostrich skin, and quill size, quantity, and placement will vary from one tag to the next.

Our items are not "craft shop" quality. When you purchase our items, the production quality will be equivalent to what you would find at a luxury retail store. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide for custom orders at this time. If you do not find the item you need in our available inventory, it is not available from our store.

Your order will ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received via USPS First Class Mail. Depending upon the total value of an order, signature may be required upon delivery. Please note we do not offer Overnight Shipping Services at this time but will upgrade to Priority Mail shipping for a fee, if requested. Tracking information will be automatically emailed upon generation of the shipping label. This information will also be uploaded to your eBay purchase history. If you do not see an email notification within a couple days after purchase, please check both your SPAM mail and your eBay purchase history for details. Please contact us to resolve any issues related to your order. We are happy to accept returns of UNUSED items within 30 days of receipt. We offer refunds or exchanges for an item currently available in our store inventory. Please note return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
