This kit enhances the power button of your Phanteks Evolv X by making it illuminated.
The original power button on this case is black and lacks illumination. However, the printed circuit board beneath the top panel is designed to support LEDs.
Notably, there are designated solder pads (as shown in the photos) already powered with a 5V voltage.
You can easily solder 2 SMD LEDs (not included) of your preferred color onto these points.
Subsequently, replace the original black plastic button with the transparent one included in our kit.
Your new button will elegantly light up in the color of your choice!
This user-friendly kit comprises three components: the transparent button, a secure mounting plate, and two screws.
Here are the simple steps to follow:
Disassemble the top panel to gain access to the power button from the rear.
Detach the original black plastic button from its housing (don't worry, you'll replace it with the transparent one included in the kit) and clean any excess plastic residue.
Unscrew the black screw located just below the power button hole.
Attach the provided plate from the kit and secure it using the screw from step "3."
Install and secure the transparent power button onto the plate using the two small screws included in the kit.
Reassemble the top panel, and voilà – enjoy your newly illuminated power button!
All components of this kit have been 3D printed and meticulously crafted in Italy using FDM and DLP technologies.
