a lot of pictures above, and a detailed list of grading notes below. These
notes and pictures should clarify the condition, and how I have arrived at my
estimated grade of this Comic. I am using an Open-Source Grading program
developed and given to us at no cost, from Jim at Improving Comic Collecting.
This is an effective and free tool, but a final Grade can only be determined by
CGC, PGX, or CBCS. Each Comic will have its own Grading sheet attached. It's
important to me that you receive quality Comics that are very close to
their estimated grade, so I do my best to thoroughly examine the comic before
establishing an estimated grade. I also want you to get the Comics I sell at a
great price, so I try to price comics below fair market value, I run discounts
often, and I do accept many reasonable offers to make this happen.

To keep shipping costs at a minimum, to deliver expediently, and to not sacrifice tracking, or insurance. I use a combination of Calculated eBay shipping rates and a flat Shipping rate. Every package comes with Insurance and Tracking. I typically ship same day or within 24 Hours. If you are ordering on a non-holiday Friday, I have until 4pm Pacific Time, to make the last Postal Truck. So, if possible, placing an order before 2pm Pacific Time will usually allow me enough time to process, ship the order and get your package travelling throughout the weekend. I like to have my buyers to get what they order as soon as possible. So, I ship until about 7pm Pacific Time
