A Sierra Windsong hand painted tile featuring a curious cat and a quote "When cats are outlawed, only outlaws will have cats" The ceramic tile is hand painted, wood framed and signed by SKS. There is a hanging hook for on the back that was not originally there but can be easily removed if you didn't want to hang it.  One of a kind. Tile has no chips or cracks, and wood is in good condition.
