Designed for use in the output stages of low-frequency amplifiers.

The mass of the transistor is not more than 5.0 g.

The main technical characteristics of the GT402B transistor:

• Structure: p-n-p

• Рк max — Constant power dissipation of the collector: 300 mW;

• Рк t max - Constant power dissipation of the collector with a heat sink: 400 mW;

• fh21b — Limiting frequency of the current transfer coefficient of the transistor for circuits with a common emitter and a common base: at least 1 MHz;

• Uкеr samples - Breakdown voltage collector-emitter at a given collector current and a given (final) resistance in the base-emitter circuit: 25 V at 0.2 kOhm;

• Ik max - Maximum allowable DC collector current: 500 mA;

• Ikbo — Collector reverse current — current through the collector junction at a given collector-base reverse voltage and an open emitter output: no more than 20 µA;

• h21e — Transistor voltage feedback coefficient in the small signal mode for circuits with a common emitter and a common base, respectively: 60…150
