Payment	All payments must be made through eBay/PayPal.  No other forms of  payment is accepted. For items on auction, no BIN prices will be  offered or negotiated unless noted. Unpaid item cases are automatically opened 7 days after the auction  ends with no payment.  Per eBay policy, placing a bid is a commitment to  buy a product or service.
Shipping	We combine raw card sales as well as certified cards. Raw  card combine sales, shipping is based on the package contents and weight  and generally, up to 10 cards can be shipped well protected for less than a  dollar over nominal postage costs. Multiple Certified or slabbed card sales are boxed and shipped under  USPS flat rate. Combined shipping is based on the total volume of a given shipment.    in most cases.  High value items and combined sales above $750.00 are shipped with signature   requirements with no exceptions.     To receive combined shipping, items  must be paid for together in a single transaction.   Please see each auction's stated shipping for costs. International Shipping is offered via the Global Shipping Program.  Ebay does not allow combined shipping on such items. Shipping will be done using the address you provide on eBay at time  of payment.  If you need an alternative address used, please be sure  to update this prior to payment, as we cannot make changes once  paid.
