Arabian Jasmine Live 3 Cuttings New Fragrant Sambac Jasmine Single White Flower

This plant is a fast growing evergreen climbing shrub. Its beautiful fragrant flowers appear throughout the summer and annual flowers can be seen in warmer climates.

Sunlight
Grows well in full sun or partial shade. In most cases it produces abundant flowers with more sunlight. Interestingly indoor plants grow best in warm weather with regular direct sunlight.

Watering
These plants prefer dry soil to wet soil. Excessive watering should be avoided. When planting new cuttings watering is done once a week or when the top 3 cm of the soil is dry. Do not water more than twice a week. Watering can be combined with fertilizer to help the fertilizer reach the roots.

Fertilizer
Use phosphorus rich fertilizers for flowering. Fertilizers can be applied in spring and summer. Nitrogen promotes lush, green leaves. Phosphorus promotes flower growth and potassium supports strong root growth.

Temperature
A mild warm, humid climate is best. A temperature between 15 and 25 degrees is ideal. Can withstand low temperatures after the first flowering. However, it should not be less than 5 degrees Celsius. For Arabian Jasmine planted indoors, ensuring temperatures stay within these limits will result in early spring flowering and a longer plant life.

Pruning
After flowering prune the plant back gently to conserve energy for new growth and allow time for new growth for the following year. Branches or stems can be removed as well as any weak or damaged stems.

Propagation
Arabian jasmine can be propagated from cuttings. Plant the cuttings in a pot with organic soil. The soil should contain some sand for drainage. Moist but not wet. Planting it in a location that enjoys more sunlight and moist soil will ensure better flowering.
