What is "pain de mi"?
It means "bread with ingredients" in French.
In contrast to French bread, where the bread's ears are enjoyed, the crumb inside the bread is the key to its flavor.

Automatic yeast feeding and room-temperature-based baking programs ensure fluffy baking all year round.
