Good condition. Direct middle of book the spine is broken and pages are separated. Pages are still stuck to other pages but not connected to spine. On the 1991 book there is a small rip on the back cover near bottom edge spine. The 1991 book has some rippling in the first half., none of the pages are stuck together. Overall Good condition.
