Antique blue and white porcelain dish. Oriental Chinese Japanese ?

Antique clue and white porcelain dish decorated to the centre with flowering plants and with

 a border of panels of figures and flowering plants. The dish measures approximately 13cm/5inches in diameter

 and has a maker’s mark to the back. The photographs show the dish from all sides.

 The condition is excellent apart from a small chip to the rim, see detail photograph. Please gauge condition using photos provided.
