A very pretty pattern by the U.S. Glass No. 15117.  The item is the double handled spooner with Gilt and Ruby Stain.  The pattern is called Newport aka Bulls Eye and Daisy. Made ca. 1909.   At well over 100 years of age they are true antiques. They are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, and no stains or mineral deposit.  There is some minor ware to the decoration.   Any unusual white or dark spots in the photos are from camera glare.  This will make a great accessory to any Victorian home.   64102415144
