DETAILS: Found this recently at a large sale of tether cars.  The wording from the auction I found it at was "Correct Motor with Good Compression." I know very little about these cars but it came from a very nice collection of tether cars.  I believe however it still does have compression as you can feel it when you turn the rear axle.
