Return Policy:

For brand new items in their original packaging, we offer a 30-day return window for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging intact.
For items not in their original packaging, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange. These items are sold as-is, and while they have not been used, we cannot guarantee their functionality.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. Please contact us prior to returning any item to receive authorization and instructions.

Payment Terms:

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, and cash for in-person pickups. Payment is required within 48 hours of purchase for online transactions. Orders will be processed once payment has been received and cleared. For in-person pickups, cash payment is due at time of pickup.
