How I ship.

Yes, I do have to charge for shipping. Expenses include boxes, packaging material, bubble wrap, postage, envelopes, boxes, etc. The good news is I try and save you money. For multiple purchases I am open to combine shipping

In addition, I am willing to making changes to shipping methods such as upgrading from standard envelope to bubble mailer or changing to another method of shipping service. Upon request, the price for shipping will be adjusted to cover the cost of additional materials to protect your item.

Note: sometimes my combined shipping rules do not work with eBay. If this happens message me through eBay and we will find a mutual solution.

Shipping:

On the subject of shipping speed, I am 99% consistent with my shipping time. I tend to ship all purchases or winning bids out within 1 to 3 days after end of listing. However, I make it a rule I do not ship out on Saturdays but there are special exceptions: birthdays, anniversaries or other special occasions. Please note that I ask all purchasers to send me a message via eBay’s messaging system to modify my shipping speed. I typically use USPS and once shipped the item arrives about 3-5 days later. Please note: duration of shipping may vary depending on weather conditions.

Combined Shipping:

I do combined shipping for multiple purchases or winning bids. In this instance if you purchase multiple items and have paid for shipping for each item I can issue you a refund for shipping paid. However, if the items require more shipping materials or a larger box we can discuss the situation via eBay messaging.

Weather/Carrier:

I will make every effort to ship your item out in time.  I and eBay monitor weather conditions that can contribute to delays caused by storms or other factors. In the event of inclement weather, your shipment will be impacted. Please note: I will make every effort to contact you to provide you with an update.

How I pack Items for Shipment:

I will make a concerted effort to ship your item in the safest way possible. Materials available are what every eBay person uses This will include bubble wrap, envelop, top card loader, a box within a box, etc. I will do my best to protect your item.

Payment:

Generally, I ask that you pay within the first 72 hours of a winning bid or offer. If you need more time, or have an issue, it’s not a problem. But I do ask that you send me a message to let me know what’s going on. Keeping me in the loop is very appreciated. I have no problem with you waiting, especially if you are bidding on another item or two and want to combine shipping.

Terms of Sale:                                    

All sales are generally final.

However, for accidental bids or buyers remorse prior to the item shipping, cancelation of the item is available. If you wish to cancel, I ask that you make contact with me via eBay messaging within 24 hours after the listing has concluded. I will always do my best to reply and issue a refund as soon as possible. Please note that I am currently a general manager of a retail store, and  am in the process of revamping and redesigning the store.

 Even though I may take 48 hours to send you a message, having something to document your desire to cancel your purchase is very helpful to issue a refund.

My Return Policy:

 For special circumstances I do allow for refunds and for the item to be returned. I am more than happy to work out a solution though eBay’s messaging and prefer this over unsatisfied customers or chargebacks. 

Please note I ask that buyers return the item in the same condition it was received. In the event the item is returned with missing parts, or damaged, I reserve the right to deduct a portion of the loss in value from the return.  For a full break down please see Ebay’s return requirements.
