- Orders are shipped via USPS Priority and UPS Next Day AirFor other inquiries regarding shipping date and carriers, please contact our support team.
- To minimize weekend delays, we dispatch orders on Monday-Tuesday only.
- For Safety: we will hold your order if weather conditions are under extreme watch. Information related to postponing or cancelation of a shipment will be provided. 

 IMPORTANT: Please refrain from placing an order if you do not agree to the following policies
- No refund or re-shipment will be provided if policies are not accepted. Placing an order implies your acknowledgment of the risk factors and acceptance of our policies. Please familiarize yourself with our DOA and other policies before making a purchase. 
- If a fish arrives in unalive condition or package is damaged, submit photos within one hour of delivery. If the photos are not sent within the time frame, we will not refund or send a replacement for any reason. Other proofs may be asked if needed, therefore we would recommend taking as many photos and videos as possible. Please do not message our support team saying "The deceased fish is already discarded". Your transparency and honesty are highly expected during transactions. 
- SHIPPING FEE is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- We do not take responsibility for your tank conditions, temperature adjustments, capability of handling live tropical fish, or other factors beyond our control. 
- All sales are final; returns are not accepted.

- Understand and respect our policies as a written agreement. Refrain from leaving negative feedback if a sale refusal is executed. This policy safeguards the well-being of the fish and our business. 
- Shipping fees are not included in replacement fish orders; the buyer covers 100% of the shipping for replacements.
