this long dont come up very often and these will have come from a special house with a wide  staircase  measuring 113.5 cm acroos the finials  and weighing 1.6 kg each

they could be shortened if you have someone handy in metal work with imperial taps and dies 

they are steel centered and wrapped with a brass veneer all straight

I have polished a small section of the back of one ( in case you want to keep some of the the patina )  for the pictures

They will need cleaning to your requirement but will be stunning when done
