Anna - Approx 12 inches high - comes wearing top, skirt, cape, bonnet and boots - In a good but played with condition - she has been played with so joints are probably a bit looser than when new - also her hair is coming out of her plaits a bit at the back (see picture 14)

Elsa - Approx 12 inches high - comes wearing dress and shoes - In a good but played with condition - she has been played with so joints are probably a bit looser than when new - her hair is a bit crispy on the top, presume from the product they put in the hair
