All items are shipped via USPS the same day if purchased before 3 PM (CST) - or within 24 hours after payment is remitted.

We are not accountable for delays due to the following:
  • Holidays
  • Acts of God
  • Postal Service Delays
  • Wrong Address
Once the package is in the possession of the postal service it is out of our hands and is no longer under our control.

Return Policy

 We believe our return policy is very fair for both the Buyer and the Seller. If you encounter any issue whatsoever with your item please contact us before opening a dispute. We sell on many platforms and are not here to cheat anyone and take our transactions on eBay seriously as a Seller - and as a Buyer. 

1. RETURN PERIOD: Items can be returned within 30 days after receiving the item as long as the item is in the same condition it was in when it was sent to you.

2. DEFECTIVE AND NOT AS DESCRIBED RETURNS: It is unfair for the Buyer to pay for a mistake a Seller committed; therefore, if you receive a device that is defective or not as described after it was stated in the listing that it is fully functioning (or totally different than in the description) than we will refund the cost of the item you purchased and both shipping charges after it has been returned and verified that the device has not been damaged, tampered with, or neglected in any form or manner (buyer's remorse is not applicable in this instance).

3. BUYER'S REMORSE RETURN FEE: It is unfair for the Seller to pay for a mistake that a Buyer committed ; therefore, a 20% restocking fee will be charged of the total cost of the item if the item is returned for customer error or non-warranty related issues.

4. "AS IS" AND "SOLD FOR PARTS OR REPAIR": Used devices sold for parts or repair are sold in "as is" condition and returns of these devices fall under policy number three after it has been returned and verified that the device has not been damaged, tampered with, or neglected in any form or manner.

5. CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE: If you wish to cancel an order please do so before the tracking number has been recorded into the system. Once the tracking number is in the system the order has been placed in the postal service's drop box and is on its way to its destination and no longer in our possession. Once you receive the item - and if you still desire to return it - then policy number three will be applied.

6. REFUND: As with every store - virtual or physical location - it is required that the item or items be returned in order for a refund to be processed.
