Item is in fair overall condition. Verified functional buttons and wiring harness. Buttons are in good overall condition with little wear (all pictured). Leather at top of wheel has noticeable wear and plastic holes to allow for removal of airbag have damage due to improper tools being used when removed (also pictured).
