Description - Splendid 1970s good quality solid silver cigarette/ cigar box of rectangular form with a slightly domed hinged lid and thumb piece
lid has engine turned decoration with a vacant cartouche
front has an engraved golfing presentation inscription
interior has fine cedar wood interior lining and a detachable divider
black plastic lined underside.
Fully hallmarked with anchor for Birmingham assay, lion passant indicating 925 grade solid silver, date letter "X" for the year 1972 and the maker's mark "H BROSS" which is Harman Brothers.
Condition - In excellent condition, hinge strong and shutting the lid securely and flush
interior wood also in excellent condition.
