Cattleya aclandiae is one of our favorite fragrant orchid species. Beautiful spots and coloration coupled with a compact growing habit, it's no wonder they have been used in hybridization as much as they have. In good growing conditions, these will bloom twice a year in late spring and late summer.

Flower pics are representational and not pictures of the actual plant itself. As a sibling hybrid, there will be some variation between flowers but all will be beautiful! 

I have some mounted and some potted depending on availability.

Pictures do not show the exact plant you may receive but all our plants are grown with care and in good condition so will look similar. 

Grow these similar to a Cattleya. Med to bright indirect light with these, medium water every 1-2 days and allow them to dry completely, based on your environment's humidity.

As we enter into Fall and Winter you are responsible for being knowledgeable about your upcoming weather. Orchids do not like temperatures under 45 degrees. Please add a Heat Pack to your order when your current or upcoming temperatures are lower than 40 degrees within the next 7-10 days. We can not check all addresses on every order to ensure that it is an acceptable temperature for shipping. We will not be responsible nor give refunds for any cold damage to your orchids if you do not add a heat pack. 

All items will be shipped USPS and due to the nature of our products, we do not ship outside of the United States.  We are not currently shipping to HI any orders from HI will be canceled and refunded.

Welcome to our addiction, orchids. There are over 20,000 types of orchids and their growing environments can differ greatly. All of our plants are grown in S FL and need warm to intermediate temperatures. Please be sure to look into the orchid care information and make sure that the plant is suitable for your growing environment. There are plenty of resources online and we suggest the American Orchid Society for basic care instructions but if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask us. Pay close attention to the description of each item and to the pictures of the plants, as they reflect plants similar to the one you will receive. The pictures of blossoms and blooms are for reference only and do not reflect the exact plant you will receive, unless stated otherwise. We take great care in the packing and shipping of all our plants but due to the nature of the items. We do not accept exchanges nor cancellations once an item is shipped. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

While we take great care in our packaging and shipping but plants sometimes do get damaged in shipping. We do our best to protect all plants but cannot guarantee that no damage will occur. As these are live plants, please open your order quickly after receiving it. We suggest an antifungal treatment after unpacking your plants, such as Physan, Zeritol HC, or other over the counter treatments, please adhere to all manufacture guidelines and dosages. Follow that with 1-2 days of drying prior to the first watering.
