This listing is for 5 Dessert Spoons & 6 Table Spoons in the Tulip pattern made by Krider & Biddle of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This firm is listed as having worked from around 1858-1870 and was made up of Peter L. Krider and John W. Biddle. These spoons are at least 150 years old.

These sterling silver pieces are each marked "925" along with the hallmark for Krider & Biddle as well as with the retailers mark of "W.W. McGrew" for William Wilson McGrew, a Cincinnati, Ohio silversmith and retailer. He is listed as having worked from around 1855-1875. 

Each tablespoon measures 8 1/2" in length. Combined the tablespoons weigh 253 grams or about 42 grams each.

Each dessert spoon measures 7 3/8" in length. Combined the dessert spoons weigh 155 grams or 31 grams each.

In total these pieces weigh 408 grams or 13.12 troy ounces.

Condition: These 150+ year old spoons are in wonderful estate condition with some light scratches from normal use and monogram on the front of the handle. There are no dings or dents.
