Here is a full ticket to the May 7, 1999 game between the Indians and Blue Jays at Jacobs Field.  Cleveland scored 18 runs combined in the 6th, 7th and 8th  innings to overcome an 8-run deficit to win 20 to 11.  The two teams set the combined Jacobs Field record for hits and runs scored.

Fred McGriff blasted a home run (Career #338) to set a MLB record with most different parks homered in at 43.  Griffey (44) and Sosa (45) have since eclipsed Fred.

I used archival tape to stabilize the perforation on the ticket which was about halfway loose. Moderate wear is present to this ticket. Because it is a suite ticket it is larger than a standard season ticket. Please see photos.
