Joe (James Coco) is trying to get rid of a luxury ship he owns to collect the insurance. Professional con man Charleston (Bud Spencer) and his trio of stupid English henchmen are out to double cross him. Inspector Watson (Herbert Lom) is keeping a watchful eye over the entire situation.
