The plate is in a sort of shamrock shape and they are monogrammed in the bottom middle of the plate, with the letters MKC

The scene seems to be from Italy with pagoda and water setting. 

This listing is for a set of 4 cups and saucers. They are in great condition. I don't see any issues with the glass as far as chips or cracks. Some of the overlay is not as smooth as others as far as on the saucers. These are unmarked.
