Beautiful LARGE Japanese Meiji Satsuma Antique Charger Circa 1900

Circa 1900, Meiji period satsuma charger with very well decorated edges and a central scene 

Condition : This Charger in in overall excellent condition I cannot see any chips or cracks but when I tap it it dos not ring. There is also a small bit of white paint on the back that I think can be removed easily
