A very pretty pattern by the Jefferson Glass company.  The pattern is called Scalloped Skirt.  Made ca. 1904.   At well over 100 years of age it's a true antique.  It is 8 1/4" tall.   It's in perfect condition with no chips or cracks, and no stains or mineral deposit.  The enamel decoration is very good, and the gilt is worn.  Any unusual white or dark spots in the photos are from camera glare.  This will make a great accessory to any Victorian home.   64282420144
