This is a Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad police badge number 254. The badge is  bright chrome with the  Pennsylvania State seal in the center. The numbers, 254, are applied.  The pin and catch are in good working condition. This badge is in excellent condition. it is an oldie but a goodie
