Defensa hand protectors - for a particularly wide range of uses.
The handlebar fittings are among the particularly endangered components of a motorcycle. The solid protector reliably protects the levers from damage. The closed protectors have a bracket that is supported near the clamps and at the end of the handlebars, completely framing the fitting. This principle has proven itself in rally motorcycles under the toughest conditions.

The system consists of two screwed main components and an mounting kit . There is always enough space behind the protector to allow the levers to move freely. The annoying hitting, especially of the clutch lever, on the protector, as known from universal products, is a thing of the past with the Defensa.

The components of the Defensa are made of a high-strength, forged aluminum alloy that has proven itself in aircraft construction. With a thickness of 14 millimeters, the dimensions were chosen generously without losing sight of the weight issue. Precision in manufacturing ensures excellent dimensional accuracy and thus an exact fit.

In addition, forging provides an even stronger and more durable structure compared to cast or machined aluminum.

Due to the model-specific adaptation, a tension-free assembly is guaranteed as well as the full steering angle.

Simple adaptation for on- and off-road use
For pure off-road use, we recommend using the Defensa "Pure" variant, in which only the bracket is mounted. For mixed use there is the Defensa "Expedition", which is equipped with a plastic wind deflector.

The plastic shell is pushed over the main bar and clamped to the screw connection of the two aluminum components, which ensures a precise and secure fit. If you need even more weather protection, you can also mount the separately available "Extension" spoiler.
Of course, the Defensa Expedition can easily be converted back to the Pure.
