New in box, factory sealed. This is kit V-105 from Avalon of Hobby Craft, the Sad Clown. Included in the kit is a 10" x 8" panel, 5 oil paints, paint brush and instructions. There is a puncture at the bottom of the box, but that shouldn't affect the contents.
