Box window was not broken, I have read that it was manufactured that way in order to view the tags.

The window is open to reveal the Tush tag information. The box itself was designed to open to reveal it. Each error can be seen in the item photos. I included photos where I edited-in a black arrow pointing to the errors to highlight them for my discerning shoppers. See photos for closeup of errors. FIRST ERROR: The year on the tush tag is 1993, yet the birth year on the box is 1997. SECOND ERROR: The spelling of Oakbrook on the tush tag is changed to Oak Brook on the box.
