  This 2009 S Proof Lincoln-Formative Years cent offers rainbow toned that is certified by PCGS to be a 100% originally toned coin is a Proof 69 Deep Cameo and RED in color. PCGS almost never certifies a toned copper cent "RED" and even more rarely have they certified a toned proof cent a "Proof 70 grade". Any PCGS certified Toned Lincoln cent in grades of PF68 DCAM are top pop grades, and in a certified "RED" they the top of the food chain in grade. This coin has both the "RED designation with solid & attractive full Rainbow toning.
