VTG Gene Ewing Bis Gold Embroidered BLING Striped OUTRAGEOUS Blazer sz P w/ Belt

This jacket is WOW, just over the top.  It is 100% cotton and was made in the United States.  Believed to be from the 1980's it was made by Gene Ewing Bis.It is collared, two large button closure, cuffed sleeves also with the large buttons, two front pockets, contrasting black fabric cuffs on the sleeves and under the collar.  Gold thread is swirls are all over the jacket (there are some loose threads - see photos).  It comes with the original belt that is very wide (2 1/2") and has a large gold metal buckle with rhinestones.  The size is petite (no number, just petite so see the measurements below).  There is a bit of wear on the belt and the button hole has some wear as well.  Both of these small imperfections can be seen in the photos, they are the last ones.  I could only find one other jacket like this online, don't think it was mass produced.  It can be hand washed or gently machine washed.  Truly a piece of art to wear!
