Superior 6x6 design
A fully independent intermediate axle deploys an additional set of drive wheels where you need them most to overcome obstacles that would otherwise be impossible. The 6-wheel drive also allows for better traction on steeper slopes and more grip on loose and rocky surfaces.

Exceptional body detail
The TRX-6 Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG 6x6 faithfully reproduces one of the most exclusive and recognizable off-road vehicles ever built. Chrome accents, molded trim and finely detailed lighting elements accentuate the rich metallic color. Traxxas' uncompromising attention to detail makes the TRX-6 the ultimate expression of beauty and brawn.

Factory installed LED lighting
The pre-installed LED lighting is robust and waterproof and shows the way through the darkest night. Accurate scale details are included in the finely crafted headlights, taillights and side marker lights. The roof visor is also equipped with brilliant LED lighting. A special power supply regulates the voltage for bright, even and efficient lighting.

Stiff steel frame
Developed exclusively for the TRX-6 Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG 6x6, the 1.5 mm thick steel frame rails are made from one piece for maximum strength. Additional bracing and crossmembers provide exceptional torsional rigidity to resist chassis twisting under load. Full inner fenders and precisely reproduced skid plates increase the realism of the scale.

Ultimate ground clearance
Traxxas exclusive portal axles raise the truck by the wheels to provide high ground clearance under the axles. To achieve the same level of clearance with straight axles (and not stall), your tires would need to be more than an inch larger than the TRX-6's tires. The TRX-6 chassis spans boulders with ease and definitely takes the path less traveled and simply leaves everyone else behind.

High/low range transmission
When the going gets tough, shift into low range and all six wheels provide incredible torque. The Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6x6 transforms the desert floor into an off-road racing track with massive sleeping spaces and 6-wheel power slides

Remote locking differentials
Traxxas scores another RC victory with three transmitter-controlled limited-slip differentials. Leave the differentials unlocked to take advantage of the TRX-6's tight turning radius, even with 6-wheel drive and a long wheelbase. Lock the front differential or lock both rear axles at the same time for extreme four-wheel drive traction. Tubing microcables control the differential effect for the scale's appearance.

GTS aluminum shock absorbers
Six oil-filled threaded GTS shocks provide silky-smooth damping with threaded aluminum shock bodies for easy ride height adjustment. Specially calibrated rear wheel springs allow both rear axles to be fully articulated independently of each other for optimal traction on uneven surfaces.

2.2" wheels
Unique 2.2-inch beadlock-style wheels with contrasting red trim and detailed center caps ride on specially designed all-terrain tires. The soft S1 compound tires are pre-glued and mounted for rough climbing. A standard 12mm steel hex is used to ensure compatibility with the entire TRX-4 range.
