All items under the value of £19.99 will be sent RM 2nd Class only, this service is only trackable for RM & eBay purposes only and for the detection of fraud and to settle item not received claims, the buyer has the option to select and pay for a different postal services which will provide a signed and trackable postal service. If the buyer choose the free postal service and buyer opens an item not received case the buyer will have to wait 10 working days from the day of dispatch before RM will allow the seller or buyer to make a claim, if eBay settles the case before the item arrives, the buyer will be invoiced by us once we've received notification from RM of a confirmed delivery.

All item or orders above the value of £20 will be given RM Tracked 48 or RM Tracked 24 if the additional postage is paid for, other couriers maybe used to avoid delays due to RM strikes.

If you purchase and use RM Special Delivery 1pm and the cost is less to send than advertised, please rest assure the difference minus the free postage cost will be refunded. I will not make any extra on postage that way I can't be accused of unfair postage costs. It has to be done like this as eBay business accounts linked to websites doesn't have a calculated shipping option and only a fixed shipping fee for all items hence the price due to larger items costing more to send. We apologise for any for this technical issue in advance.  

We will not be held responsible for late deliveries if free RM 1st or 2nd Class, Tracked or Signed for is selected, there is an option for the buyer to select a 24 hr guaranteed service at an additional cost. I reserve the right to have any late defects or bad feedback removed if the buyer doesn't choose or ask for a guaranteed postal service.

Please be understanding and patient regarding late postage due to COVID, all couriers are having driver and staffing shortages at the moment, this is something beyond anyone's control including the sellers, we have no control over the couriers, so please I'm asking kindly not to mark deliveries as late when leaving your feedback, otherwise it will take me more time to get late delivery defects off my account.

All items are sent within the listed dispatch time, proof of posting can and will be shown in the event of any dispute, cut off time for same day postage is 6am Monday to Friday and normally delivered 2 to 3 working days with the free postage option. So to avoid any disappointments and you want a guaranteed service within the certain time frame its the buyers responsibility to select the correct postage and use a guaranteed postal service.

Recorded Video Checks, Tests, Security Sealing and Packaging.

All items are checked for bends, twists, defects and damages, all items are checked and tested before dispatch. everything is recorded on camera from the start to finish, for selecting the item, checking, testing, security sealing or marking and packaging to protect us from disputes and fraudulent claims.

All Aluminium frames parts are checked for twists, bends, damage also tested and checked with a digital torque wrench to correct tolerances which is also recorded on camera as well as security sealing, and packaging of each individual item, please be aware some brand new and refurbished aluminium parts may have very minor defects or may not, please ask for pictures of the item before dispatch..

All Electrical & Electronics are also checked for damage or defects and that they operate correctly, there safety checked, tested and security marked before being packaged.

All video footage is for our purposes only and will only be used for claims and disputes.

It's a shame things have come to this but that's what the world's coming too!

Returns & Warranty

Returning an item because of a "Change of mind or Purchased the Wrong Item", the buyer will have to pay for return postage, tracked and signed, for a full refund minus our original shipping cost which isn't free, only if the item is sent back to us in same condition it was sent in and unused otherwise we'll deduct 0% to 50% if we find the item has been used or tampered with, product packaging seals are damaged or the item is in any other condition it was sent in, all electrical & electronics items will require inspection, servicing/testing if the item or packaging has been tampered with, in some cases PAT testing is required to check for safety which we take very seriously (Includes: Cables, Motherboards, Motors, Hot Ends, Fans & Power Supplies Etc..) this comes with an automatic deduction of 35% to 50% of the value of the item. There is a 14 Day Cooling off period for returns, if the buyer doesn't notify us within the 14 days after delivery the buyer forfeits the right to return.

Returning a used working item will incur a lesser charge depending on condition and honesty of it's use, electrical and electronic items will incur 35% deduction of the total value of the item instead of 50% but that's if you're honest, so if you've used an item we recommend that honesty is the best policy and tell us as you'll end up with more money back, if we find you've been dishonest, we will deduct 50% of the value of the item or we can arrange to have the item returned to the buyer at their cost.

Returned postage because the buyer wasn't in will have to pay for redelivery costs if the buyer still want the item, if the buyer refused delivery we will report the buyer to eBay and the buyer could end up with restriction or at the very worst, banned from using our services.

In the event of a faulty item we would need to speak to the buyer so we can troubleshoot the problem, we may also need to see some pictures or video of the problem so we can diagnoses the issue and decide on the best solution, if all else fails we will pay for return postage and fully refund you or we can exchange the item if in stock.

Returns sent back that's not found to be faulty and or used will be reported to eBay and deductions will be taken as listed above, this is very damaging to any business and is classed as fraudulent behaviour which could result in the buyers account being restricted, suspended or banned, including any other eBay accounts in the household.

We do not normally accept items back that have been used with packaging tampered with and had its security seals broken or removed, item dismantled or damaged  unless the item it's genuinely faulty or the return has been agreed with in advance, if we do receive an item back in any other condition than how it was sent to the buyer, the buyer will suffer losses, some if not all depending on a valuation of the item and damage to packaging, including the cost for servicing/testing, if the item is a total loss and eBay closes the case in the buyers favour the buyer will be invoiced for the item, returned postage costs and £20 per letter sent requesting payment and if this isn't paid civil proceedings will be issued against the buyer via our legal department.

All returns will be video recorded being opened and evaluated for any deductions upon return, we recommend that you take a video recording yourself inspecting and packaging the item before returning so you have evidence of condition and the way it was repackaged in case of postal or eBay disputes, refunds will be issued within 48hrs from the time we receive the item..

All returns are recorded on camera being opened to save us from being defrauded.

This doesn't affect your Statutory or Consumer Rights as you've made the choice in purchasing the item and choosing the postage options!

Insurance & Legal Cover

We "Mental 3D" are cover by Hiscox Ltd Business Insurance with Legal & Commercial Protection Cover if disputes and/or claims aren't settled correctly by eBay, we'll take our own legal actions if there's no fault on our part. In the event of any unfair or damaging neutral or negative feedback comments or deformation etc... we will claim for damages via civil courts no matter how small or big the loss is and you will incur further charges and court costs as a result. Please make sure your claims are valid before entering into a dispute with eBay. Any problems then I'd advise contacting us first to solve the issue.
