Vintage Star Navy Flagstaff Ornament Topper Brass Military Finial. Weighs over 1.5lbs, and measures about 9" tall. It is made of solid brass. These were used when a commander or higher officer is aboard ship, they were used well into WW2 and still may be used today.  Overall in good vintage condition. No visible maker marks.
