In that time frame, I cannot offer any refunds because the item could still be on its way.

After the 10 day window, I will refund or replace the item with recorded delivery with no extra charge to you as a buyer.

All damaged items will be investigated with the courier. Please send relevant pictures to me. I will look into it as top priority.
