Vintage yellow bathroom sconce, designed by Sigvard Bernadotte in the 1960s for the Swedish company Ifö. The base is made of ceramic and the lamp shades are white opaline glass. This model, called Ifö 6065, looks good mounted both vertically and horizontally.

Prince Sigvard Bernadotte was the son of king Gustaf VI Adolf of Sweden. He is still one of Sweden's most well known designers, known as Designprinsen ("The Design Prince"). He designed a high number of items, many of which are now in major museums.

A notch has been made for a cord in the bottom of one side. Apart from that is in good condition. It comes with a terminal blocks attached so it's ready to be connected.
