Payment Policy

We accept payment by PayPal, Credit Cards and Bank Transfer on all our Buy it Now listings and Auctions. Payment is required within 3 days on auction items, if you are unable to pay then please let us know ASAP.

Postage policy 🚚📦

Orders received and paid for by Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched within 24-48hours. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day, items under the value of £50 will go through first class recorded, £50+ will go through special class recorded

And items under the value of £25 will go through second class recorded, however some items may be exempt and will be clearly stated which is service will be used in the listing.

Once dispatched we cannot be held liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or any Courier we use.

Return policy

If you are not happy with the product, we will issue a full refund (excluding P&P) upon receipt of the returned goods. This applies for 30 days from date of purchase.

We do allow orders that haven’t been dispatched to be cancelled if buyer request and informs us, however we can’t cancel orders that have been dispatch
