    OGIO offers FREE standard delivery and $15 EXPRESS delivery anywhere in Australia, excluding PO Boxes. Please note, we cannot ship goods to an address located outside of Australia.


    We will endeavour to post your order within 1 business day of receiving a cleared payment.


    If you’re not home when the product(s) are delivered, our courier will either attempt delivery for the next business day OR will leave a card at your delivery address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver – your parcel will then be available to collect from your nearest post office. 


    Once your parcel is set for delivery, you can opt for an Authority to Leave (ATL), where the parcel will be left at the driver’s discretion in a safe place without a signature. When selecting this option, you’re accepting full responsibility for the safe delivery of the product(s). OGIO highly recommends keeping the default option of a signature on delivery, as OGIO cannot be held responsible for stolen or missing parcels as a result of the Authority to Leave option.  


    Local Pickup: We do offer local pickup on all items from our warehouse. Please contact us before placing your order to organise and for more information.

    OGIO wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you have changed your mind or aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days after receiving the item for a full refund of the product price. Original and return postage costs will not be reimbursed, unless the item(s) are faulty, damaged or not as ordered. 


    All products must be returned in an undamaged, as-new condition with all packaging, labels and swing tags attached. Any item returned that doesn’t meet the item condition policy may not receive a full refund. 


    A full refund of the product price will be issued to the original payment method. Once item(s) have been received and confirmed to be in a re-saleable condition, please allow up to 3 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
