For sale is a signed etching by artist Richard D. Winter; it is signed in the lower left-hand-corner with "Richard D. Winter" and it is signed in the plate in the bottom right-hand-corner with "R.D. Winter 89".
Note, there is no glass nor plexiglass with this etching & frame with matting; the etching is worn as shown in the photos.
With the wood frame and matting it is 34" wide by 18" high.
The paper etching is 30" wide by 14" high.
