Here is a beautiful Kestner 167 doll~ 23" and she is exceptional! She has a bisque socket head, with brown glass sleep eyes, perfectly painted long, upper and lower lashes, feathered and molded brown brows, and an open mouth with four porcelain upper teeth.

She is on a fully-jointed original wood and composition body, marked 'Germany 4' and wears a nice light brown human hair wig ~ styled in curls, her original pate, and pink shoes.

She wears a pink suit in a french style, with lots of inset lace. Underneath, she wears an antique white cotton pantaloons with lace and  cotton underdress.

On her feet are a wonderful pair of pink shoes.

The back of her head shows mark 'H made in Germany / 167 121/2 (incised), indicating she was one of the first from the mold.

CONDITION: The bisque is good, with high quality modeling and painting of features, and no hairlines, cracks, or restoration.

The fully-jointed body retains much of its original shiny finish, with some areas of wear at the joints. Overall, this is a great girl, with no issues!
