Content introduction The long-awaited 15th album born of an outpouring of creative desire and unparalleled cohesiveness!Dream Theater, which reigns as the pinnacle of progressive metal, has temporarily suspended the official bootleg series that has been released for four consecutive months since June.
They had prepared the ultimate surprise: the announcement of their 15th original album, their first in 2 years and 8 months.
One of the most talented groups in the rock world, who have been leading this scene since the early 90's, transferred to Inside Out/Sony Music in 2019.
Their first work, ``DISTANCE OVER TIME,'' is a compact group of songs that contain the power of a stripped-down version rather than grandeur, using song production and recording methods that aim to return to the roots of a fresh-faced band.
We haven't received any statement from the band regarding this new work at the moment (end of July), but we do know that it's 7 songs and 70 minutes long, with the title song being over 20 minutes long, and that it was mixed by Andy Sneap (Judas Priest).
