You are looking at a vintage Weiand Super Dual flat head Ford 2 x 2bbl aluminum intake with Stomberg carburetors. This setup was originally ran on Curly Bowman’s # 78 dirt Modified race car which ran at Reading Pa Fair Grounds in the early 60s. Recently discovered in his old back yard storage container. Correct for 49 to 53 Flat Head Ford & Merc 225 239 V8. Note the front mount generator bracket design. The carburetors are Stromberg P-19400 5A EE1 carbs. They are not froze and the linkage moves freely. Should be an easy rebuild. At some point, they shaved open the one heat riser port (pictured). I think this was done to prevent vapor lock while racing. The threads for the water neck look stripped.  I can’t find any cracks, repairs or other modifications. A nice survivor piece.
