Contains "Mother's Hair" fern extract which can help maintain healthy hair and nails and prevent hair loss; blueberry extract that can help activate scalp microcirculation; zinc which can help maintain healthy hair and nails and protect cells against oxidative stress; vitamin B6 which can contribute to the normal synthesis of cysteine and vitamin B8 which can contribute to the maintenance of hair health.
Administration method:
Swallow 1 capsule a day in the morning, with a large glass of water, during the meal. It is recommended to continue the treatment for a period of 3 months. The product is a food supplement and should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Precautions:
The product is recommended for adults and adolescents from the age of 15. Not to be used by pregnant or lactating women, people taking medication for diabetes or people suffering from diseases that result in abnormal accumulation of iron in the body.
