Pin Holes - Where? How?

When a tent/gazebo is put away with dew in it, generally along the roof/ceiling is where the dew stays.
The material of the tent/gazebo sticks together and is stored till your next adventure.
And when you erect the item again, pin holes happen when the material is separated from the other part it was stuck to.

We do not include a patch with the item as the issue can be resolved with clear nail polish or a band aid if that is something that will satisfy your concern

What is refurbished?

The manufacturer inspected the item for quality and states the product is like new and may or may not have scuff marks dings and previous signs of use. *This does not warrant replacing dented scratched or used parts* That is why the product is being sold discounted with a 90 day warranty

Over 96% of our returns are damaged boxes/open box and buyer remorse returns with no effect to the product other than opened with shipping labels on it and cannot be sent to our distributors for resale
