this zune has just been Factory reset and updated to the last available update.

you will need the Zune program to add media to the Zune.  it is no longer available from Microsoft, but can be found with a internet search elsewhere to download and install. I do not recommend any downloads that are from unknown sources.  I am not available for any computer help to get it connected to your computer.  So please know what you are looking at, know that is what you want to use, and if you are specifically looking for a Zune this one is beautiful and ready to use.
