This item appears new - in open, very slightly handled retail box condition.  The retail box is actually a little cheap paper sleeve.   This item has been successfully bench tested for quality before offering it to you.  This item includes the accessories as expected.  This is a super nice item.

We have a few of these and they look and act new.  No additional pictures on these.  The boxes are in good shape but have been opened, the items were inspected for quality and they look great.
