Returns

If you are not satisfied with our product or the item is unwanted, within 30 days of purchase simply return the item to us in an unused and unopened condition to receive a refund minus any costs incurred. If the item has been sold correctly then a refund minus the postage will be issued. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item in the original packaging in an unused and re-sellable condition.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product please contact us in the first instance either by eBay Messager or email. When sending in returns please authorise them with us first. Any unauthorised returns will be destroyed. Please include your name address and invoice number to enable us to locate your details

Shipping

All orders paid for before 2pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same working day. on a rare case when were are under staffed or have high demand processing time, the dispatch time maybe increased by 1 working day Standard Delivery time is two to three working /business days for delivery to mainland UK via courier / royal mail. Some items may be sent via royal mail dependant on weight. Where free shipping is offered the above details will still apply.
