-Local transportation from the United States will be shipped to you quickly by Fedex or UPS.

Return Policy:

- Returns Are Accepted Within 30 Days After The Delivery Date.

- If you receive damaged parts on the guitar, we will reissue new parts for you free of charge.

- If you have not received the goods or the goods you have received but not match the description, please contact our customer service staff to help you solve or refund.

- Returned Item Must Be In Its Original Condition Including Box Packaging & All Accessories (protective plastics intact, tags and documents , boxes and accessories unused and undamaged).

Packaging:

-All guitars don't come with a hard case, unless there is mark ( guitar with a hard case) in the products title. For the Hard Case, it is optional to buy for all the guitars, if you buy it, we will ship the guitar inside the hard case for better protection. If you don't buy the hard case, we will use foam and carton to pack for shipping.

-We greatly value all buyers' opinion and suggestions, we will do our best to receive the most positive feedback available.

To International Customers:

- Please Note That International Custom & Duty Charges ( VAT Etc ) Are Not Included In The Item Price Or Shipment Charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

-We provide an invoice with a very low value, allowing you to pay little or no customs duties.
